The High Court of Britannia represents the highest devotion to Justice. Its Justicars must possess the wisdom to impartially weigh the evidence and perceive what is right and what is wrong in a sentient's actions based on Britannian law.
Officers of the High Council and High Court are elected by public ballot. The rules and regulations can be found in depth under Article XVII, Section A of the Sixth Royal Constitution of Kingdom of Britannia. For quick summary, the main rules which apply may be found below:
Potential candidates must be a citizen of Britannia.
Potential candidates must have reached the majority age of fourteen years.
Potential candidates must have no outstanding warrants for arrest, nor be serving a sentence for a crime.
Potential High Justicar candidates may submit a sealed book with their name and city of residence to the electoral mailbox on the second floor of the Newcastle Hall of Virtue, 96o 19'N 27o 21'E (a direct means of teleportation to mailbox may be found at the Jerred Ghyss Civic Center in Compassion Grove, look for the teleporter to the Newcastle Hall of Virtue)

A person wishing to cast a vote must be a citizen of Britannia. (OOC: ONE vote per player)
To obtain a runoff ballot kit, please see the Election Steward on the second floor of the Newcastle Hall of Virtue starting August 11th, say "vote." Fill in ALL fields listed on the ballot and choose two (2) candidates for High Justicar, then seal your ballot with the leaf provided.
Votes MUST be submitted by 7:55pm CDT on August 17th, as Electoral Administrator Kivlov will collect them promptly. Votes shall be tallied and the victors announced on the Great Lakes Tribune.
