This will be a lighthearted street party with food, drinks, and shameless thievery. Please wear a mask and pretend not to recognize anyone else who is wearing a mask. "The Game" will be played. The goal is to figure out who in Nujel'm has the Eye of Dahsk. Then steal the gem and return it to the sultan. To steal the jewel, your character must be a member of the Thieves' Guild. This year, the sultan has another request. His youngest daughter loves butterflies. The princess longs for the beautiful, rare, cursed Firekissed Lacewing Butterflies, which only flutter in one place in all of Sosaria. When someone gives one of these butterflies to the sultan, he will ask what guild they represent. Be careful though, the butterflies are in a dangerous area, far from the town guards! You can recall or sail to Nujel'm for the Festival of Masks and The Game. There will also be: A gate near the Felucca Brit. Moongate directly into Nujel'm, a guard zone. A one-way gate near the Buc's Den moongate to a basket of butterflies. Beware, the destination is not in guard zone. A one-way gate from the throne room in Nujel'm to a basket of butterflies Beware, the destination is not in guard zone. Reward - The name of the first person to return the Eye of Dahsk to the sultan will be displayed on a suitable item at the Felucca Award Hall. Jhelom Navy Repells Incursion by Skara Brae Submitted by Martyna_Zmuir on June 2, 2014 at 10:07 PM CDT From the Governor of Jhelom, Thom Jameison: The newly formed Navy of the Jhelom Defense Force acquitted itself valiantly today. A ship of the Skara Brae Fishing Fleet was engaged in an illegal search and seizure operation in Jhelom territorial waters. The ship "The Redemption" was loaded with flour and other critically needed items and headed for the suffering city of Jhelom. The Redemption is a Moonglow flagged merchant ship that was dispatched on this mission of mercy by the current Governor of Moonglow Walter Tyrell. After a brief exchange of cannon fire, arrows and magical spells the rogues from Skara Brae withdrew. There were wounded on both sides during the skirmish. Governor Thom Jameison of Jhelom reports that he has the highest confidence in the righteousness of his cities cause and the strength of his defense forces.
