Enforcer Xavier - DECEASED
Warrant issued by High Justicar Ra'Dian Fl'Gith, BY 443
It is hereby so ordered by the High Court of Britannia that Enforcer Xavier -- servant of Casca, king pro-tempore of Britannia -- is hereby remanded into the custody of the High Court of Britannia to stand trial for five counts of the crime of High Treason Against the Peoples of Britannia in that he has knowingly and willingly endangered the lives of the peoples of Britannia by ordering the placement of explosive blackrock devices in and around:
Yew at Empath Abbey (67o46'N by 50o50'W);
Trinsic in the Park (100o16'S by 40o13'E);
Moonglow, upon Verity Isle, at the Lycaeum (60o44'N by 149o34'W);
Serpent's Hold on the northern isle (157o35'S by 115o31'E);
and directly south of the seat of the High Council of Britannia, just outside of Compassion Grove (10o49'N by 38o6'W).
While this Court understands that the nature of affairs between the High Council of Britannia and the Cascan regime certainly opens the doors to attacks directly upon Compassion Grove as the seat of the High Council of Britannia, who have openly declared that they stand against the Cascan regime, the locations of these additional bombs, directly in important centers of trade and commerce of Britannia proves the lengths and extents that the Cascan regime will go to in order to keep power at their hands.
Each blackrock device placed calls for a single count of treason against the peoples of Britannia; Enforcer Xavier is hereby ordered into custody for such.
Additionally, Casca, king pro-tempore of Britannia, hereby stands accused of these same crimes for being the architect behind these horrendous acts.
Further, it is not lost upon this High Court that Moonglow's Lycaeum, Yew's Abbey, and Serpent's Hold all house artifacts that are important to the founding principles of the Virtues of Britannia, and so both Xavier and Casca stand accussed of three additional counts of high treason against the tennets set forth by Lord British, the founding principles of Britannia.
